Good communication throughout the inspection. During these COVID times, my 82 year old mother especially appreciated Rus's care with wearing a mask and maintaining a social distance. She felt safe having him in her home to deal with the mice. Thank you!

It took a few days to get scheduled, and then a few days to determine that the animal was not still under the sunroom and then subsequently remove said dead animal. John was patient and answered all my questions. He gave me ideas on who could fix the mess under the sunroom and how to block things up so no more animals will move in. I would not hesitate to call them again if I have too, but really hope I don’t have to. Jane

Hi Paul arrived at appointed time. We discussed my lawn issue and agreed voles were now making themselves at home. Paul explained what needed to be done, placing bait feeders front and back. He explained how much first course would cost $489 and possible additional costs if more bait needed. Paul was very helpful and professional at all times. Great job , however it is more than we can afford at this time. THANK YOU

Had a problem with raccoons in fireplace. They were here that afternoon. Two days later, because of the babies the raccoons were gone. the technician even did social distancing. Very professional.

I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were there at 8:30 the next morning. John, was very professional when explaining what I needed to do to prevent raccoons from entering my condo. There differently was an attempt to enter by it. Within 2 hours John was done and sent before and after pictures to me. Nick was great scheduling this project. Great company to work with. Critter Control responded immediately to my call for an attempted raccoon entry into our attic. Paul was professional. He explained clearly their services, cost and repairs needed. An estimate was made complete with photos of all potential areas of possible animal entrance including hours required to do the job. We were so pleased with his service that we had him return to do a Rodent Inspection. Again he took photos and thoroughly explained the problem areas, the repairs to fix them the cost and procedure to complete the job. We highly recommend Critter Control!

Called yesterday afternoon. They called back this morning and the field techs were here less than 1 hour later. Did the job and left with nary a peep. Sent emails letting me know service was completed and at what time. Critter Control should be on the top of your list..

Called Peter at 5pm on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. He called back that evening and started the raccoon eviction process the next day. The results were successful by tricking the mother to relocate her babies. I would definitely recommend Peter for any animal problems.

I called Critter Control early on a Friday morning because I heard a large creature (raccoon) moving around in our attic crawl space. They were able to come out later the same day, assess the situation, and humanely get the raccoon to leave. They then returned to our house the following Monday (we were not able to be there) to be sure she was indeed gone then came back again the next day on Tuesday to install wire mesh panels over our attic vents. They kept us abreast of the goings on even when we weren't home. I am very impressed with not only the friendly, prompt service they provided, but also with their professionalism. I would recommend their services to anyone with a critter problem.

Friendly, professional, of course, plus they solved the difficult problem of raccoons' repeated nibbling of holes in a flat rubber roof, (20K worth of H2O & black mold damage). Eamonn and Nick did an excellent job. As promised, they provided a detailed analysis and photos of how mice were gaining access to our home -- a huge surprise to us, all around. I was very pleased that they were able to come to our home the very next day after I called Critter Control. As promised, the mice were completely gone after only a couple of days. Renan was absolutely one of the best people I had the pleasure to work with. We really connected when we shared stories about gardening, farming, and chickens. He did an excellent job in identifying the source of the problem verifying the critter by the "sniff test", and pointing out other issues around the house like pointing out where a racoon was climbing to the roof. Yesterday, 12/13, we noted as we left to go home that there was one squirrel in the trap, I would be interested hearing how many do you finally trap. Thank you for you expedited help!!!

I called Critter Control about a suspicion of mouse activity..they [ Renan] came out right away...inspected the home, re-examined all the entry points that were sealed 4 years ago, and assured me there were no signs of mice again. Renan was very professional and took the time to do a thorough inspection. Also, there was no charge for this house call and inspection 4 years after their original service! I was very impressed with Peter! He did an extensive examination of my home inside and outside and he pointed out several points of entry {for rodents} then put together a plan of action. I gladly hired him to get rid of the rodents and seal the entry points t th home.

Peter and Renan were both informative and professional in their work. They were on time and always responsive to our phone calls. They also handled the trapping in a humane manner. We had three skunks and a possuum party going on under our porch. The stench wafted right up into a powder room.That was enough to send us running, but also my dogs were going ballistic in that area of the house. They were clawing at the floors and walls. I also heard scratching one night coming from under the house too. The traps were set and on the first night three out of four were caught. After a few days the last was caught too. Critter Control then informed the options to skunk proof the deck. Although we are getting other estimates for repairs, the activity has settled down now. We will definitely use them again.

Renan was prompt, friendly and thorough. He helped deal with a raccoon problem quickly, including capturing one on the spot where it was hanging out under the roof deck, and chasing the other off. He left a trap in case it came back, and checked daily. He double checked the attic to make sure there was no home invasion and installed animal proof screening over the louvers to the attic. I also appreciated that I called in the morning and had a tech as promised that afternoon, right on time. The price is a little high, but the service was worth it! Allison, Provincetown

We called Critter Control for a field mouse issue in our basement. Renen came to our house within a few days and mouse proofed our entire house. He was very pleasant, easy to work with and explained in detail all the work he was going to do for us. So far all is good with our mouse issue and their work is guaranteed for two years which gives us plenty of time to make sure our mouse problem is in fact solved. I would use their services again without hesitation; very pleasant folks!

Renan did great work for the project I had which was to get rid of bats in my rake board around my house; and also to cover all opening in vents, etc. In addition they are putting up reflector pieces to keep woodpeckers off my chimney and roof. I called Critter Control to remove an animal from my Fireplace and found the technician to be very professional and courteous. In a short amount of time the critter was removed safely without any disturbance to my home. Would highly recommend this company.

The Technician was a nice guy, likes dogs, and very good at what he does. The job was a little "pricey"...but I did not call around for other estimates. I went with Critter Control because they are local, I remembered their yellow building, and I had something destroying my attic. The Coon is gone and safe with her babies again. I can replenish my savings, but the peace and quiet without the raccoon and babies is priceless!

I had a mother racoon and her babies take up residents in my chimney. I wanted to be sure who ever I hired wouldn't kill the animals to remove them. Critter control came promptly, gave accurate estimates and with the help from Male raccoon pheromones that Critter control spread around. Mama racoon and babies left on their own accord. Renan was able to install a stainless steel chimney cap a few days later and all is well. Renan was prompt, curtious, and is a very reliable person. He came to my house a few times to double check the racoons had officially left, before capping the chimney. I would definitely use them again if I had any other issues with critters.

After making the mistake of hiring another company that claimed they could get rid of rodents (but actually had no idea what they were doing), we finally got smart and hired Critter Control for animal proofing. It took a long time for them to complete the job (more than 2 months), but I believe this was due to a staffing shortage. Paul is very professional and great to work with. He always returned my phone calls. The technicians did a thorough job finding the entry points of the rodents and using effective materials (wire) to block them off. We have not heard or seen any mice or rats this winter, and believe that Critter Control took expert care of our issue. Thank you!

We had a mother raccoon and her babies in a really remote and unreachable section of our attic right over our bathroom sink. For three or more weeks, Paul Reed patiently laid male scent until mom decided this was not a good place to be and moved all her babies out, finally exiting herself. Paul, with the help of John and Nick, did great work on a really demanding job.

Paul and Rus were polite and thorough. After each visit we got a report of what was or wasn?t found and when I emailed with questions they were promptly replied to. We caught a raccoon and a possum which is just what we were hoping for! We would definitely call them again.

Critter Control contacted me the next day after I left a message. My consultation was scheduled very quickly. Paul called ahead of time and arrived on time. Paul was very pleasant, he gave me an acceptable quote and scheduled my appointment. Unforeseen issues arise and they were unable to make my scheduled appointment. They made up for it by coming on a Sunday Excellent service. Thank you Paul

Rus was terrific. Took the time to listen to the background of the issue, the current problems and provided thorough and understandable feedback. He explained what he was doing and why, and walked us through what to expect next. He seemed to have a real vested interest in resolving the problem quickly and thoroughly. We sure don't want any future critter problems but would not hesitate to call on Russ if needed!

I am writing this review on behalf of my family who live on the Cape. I contacted CCCC to address a problem with squirrels living in their attic. I was very impressed by Nick's knowledge and responsiveness when I first called CCCC. I was also very pleased with the thoroughness of CCCC and their high level of communication.

Russ arrived at my home promptly for our appointment. He is extremely knowledgable and professional. The follow up quote arrived by email in less than 2 hours. I am very confident that I chose the right firm to help me with my mice oroblem

Called yesterday afternoon. They called back this morning and the field techs were here less than 1 hour later. Did the job and left with nary a peep. Sent emails letting me know service was completed and at what time. Critter Control should be on the top of your list..

I sat down to have a cup of coffee this morning only to see a squirrel had chewed a hole in the rake board of the roof of my guesthouse! Nick patched me through quickly, Paul was at my house by noon. All was taken care of so swiftly and professionally. Excellent service, but I hope I never have to call again :). Update: I did have to call again. My carpenter took to long to close up the chewed hole and they put a cage and served an ?eviction? just in case. No squirrels were in the house so my carpenter was able to fix the area without worrying that we were dealing in a mad squirrel. Thanks again!

John arrived on time, checked out the possibilities, and announced that I had bats in my wall. I was very pleased, since bats have been having a hard time in recent years. We will let them hibernate till spring, and then we will usher them out.

The guys were great. Did thorough analysis and didn't find any major infestation issues. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Adam was great. He came to help me discover why I had a bat circling my bedroom at 2am in the morning. He was through in checking out my house for any bigger issues I may have had. Adam was great. We'd already had a very positive experience with Critter Control in the spring. They got rid of the squirrels in our walls very efficiently. When we were recently woken up by scratching sounds again, we panicked a bit and called CC right away. They responded immediately and sent Adam over. No squirrels, just mice. Bait was laid. No more scratching sounds. He gave great advice about keeping poison out of the environment and came back to ensure that everything worked out for us.

Adam was on time, very pleasant, and capable. He immediately inspected the upstair bedroom crawl spaces and determined that the larger bedroom crawl space showed a few mouse drops. He also checked the basement and found no droppings. He also pointed out that the outside corners had space enough for a mouse to go up. He recommended that we stuff the holes with steel wool which we will do. I was very pleased that he was very thorough. I would recommend him.

We called Critter Control last Saturday and left a message because we heard noises in our attic. My call was returned right away and they were at our house on Sunday! They promptly and professionally inspected our attic and exterior of our house to find the intrusion area. They explained the procedure they would use to lure the mother raccoon and her babies out of the attic. Natural and harmless. As they told us, they would return in 3 days to make sure the animals were gone and then close up all the areas which were compromised. I received a call explaining the animals were gone and for permission to begin the exterior work. I arrived today, Friday and the job was done, including the large chimney cap. I highly recommend them.

I had company staying over and they were awoken by a bat ? in the house - at 5:30am. After trapping it in the guest bedroom -critter control had returned a very early message I left. They sent - Adam out quickly, ready to try to catch the bat, after a thorough search of the room including the closet and patiently answering a lot of our fear based questions he believes it left. He thoroughly inspected the rest of the house and pointed out things I can do to prevent this from happening again and any ways other critters may gain access. Very honest and professional. No pressure on any of the free estimate suggestions. Explained the process of the estimate and gave the customer time to assess what may be needed, especially with respect for customer?s financial capabilities. Adam was very patient to help us gain peace of mind after having such an unwelcome to intruder-bat.
